Bayo Olusanya Seeks Election as NBA Lagos Publicity Secretary
As the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Lagos Branch election draws near, legal practitioner Bayo Olusanya has formally declared his intention to contest for the position of Publicity Secretary, calling on members of the branch to support his candidacy in the upcoming polls scheduled for Monday, June 30, 2025.
Olusanya, who currently serves as a member of the NBA Lagos Branch Media Advisory Committee (2023–2025), made his announcement through an official campaign message where he reflected on his consistent involvement in the branch’s affairs.
“Since 2023, I haven’t left the NBA Lagos space notwithstanding the outcome then. I have rather learnt how to transform failure to success by convening the Legal Opportunities for Lawyers Platform which has really impacted positively the lives of lawyers, especially young lawyers in the legal profession,” he said.
He highlighted some of his notable contributions to the legal community, including the widely followed “Daily Success Tip” initiative which he has sustained since 2021, as well as his commitment to legal mentorship and digital transformation within the bar.
In outlining his vision, Olusanya pledged to champion a “Responsive Information System,” a “Digitally Savvy NBA Lagos Branch,” and “Consistent Innovation in Publicity,” if elected. He is positioning his campaign on the promise of transparency, digital engagement, and enhanced communication between the NBA and its members.
